Jade Sciascia is talking briefly on IARC's Framework for Excellence, Standard 5.6:

"Pursue appropriate measures to correct or eradicate unethical actions or behaviours within the organisation". 

Jade will share some ways to encourage active bystander behaviour - this is appropriate ways to call-out harmful co-worker attitudes and behaviour, to empower all staff to recognise their role in creating safe workplaces.
