Tracey has been an expert in the field of psychology for 30 years. She has an extensive range of experience within human psychological and social work, particularly working with people with learning disabilities. She is also qualified as a teacher and now teaches psychology and social work related subjects. Tracey has consulted as as a book reviewer for the British Journal of Social Work and has also written many textbooks, blogs, articles and ebooks on psychology, writing, sociology, child development and learning difficulties. Tracey particularly enjoys and has also been involved professionally in creative writing since she was a child and has had several short stories and a novella published.

IARC is seeking nominees for the post of Secretary on the Regional Committee (UK). You do not need to reside in the UK to hold the post however you must represent one of the members serviced by our Regional Committee. Please contact [email protected] to find out more. The role of the secretary is to support the Regional President (Chair) in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Management Committee. The secretary may take a greater role in the day-to-day administration of the organisation.

Brenden Tempest-Mogg is both the CEO of Dr Brenden Education Solutions and the President of the Warnborough University Alliance. Professional involvement and interests include study abroad initiatives, competency-based education (CBE), online learning, commercial partnering, faculty/student exchanges, quality assurance & funding/scholarships. Brenden brings a wealth of experience to the IARC Regional Committee - from online learning, accreditation and quality assurance, higher education administration, institutional branding, psychotherapy, competency-based education (CBE) and degrees.

Daryl brings over 40 years expertise in international and distance education. As ADL's Founder and Director of Vocational Training, his responsibilities include the implementation of student services and ensures that academic quality and course structuring are maintained to a high standard. In addition, he oversees the day-to-day running of the Academy.

As a business mentor and coach, Julian is an accredited lead auditor (IRCA) for ISO9001. Julian successfully developed quality systems for various organisations leading to ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications from UKAS. Also developed HR quality assurance program for successful Investors in People accreditation. Expert in educational accreditation processes. Julian is a well-known professional speaker and trainer around the world. Have trained clients from/at Honda, MTR Corporation, Kodak, Disneyland, Casio, Sony, Egyptair, Ernst and Young, etc. He has developed and consulted on the development for many websites and internet campaigns since 1994. Ciarda Barrett

Ordinary Member on the Regional Board

Ciarda is the Chief Academic Officer with the Further Learning Group and oversees the academic team as well as the quality assurance of the courses offered by the company. Ciarda started her professional life as an Interior Designer but after teaching design for a number of years realised that her passion was adult education and management. Ensuring quality provision of all courses and an enhanced student experience is fundamental to her role. With the rapid onset of the digital age Ciarda enjoys the challenges that providing online education to students all over the world brings to her work.
