WARNBOROUGH ACQUIRES NEW HEADQUARTERS IN CANTERBURY

Global education provider, Warnborough College, has acquired a new building for its administration headquarters in Lower Bridge Street. The four story, smartly renovated facility faces the city wall and the Cathedral. The building was dedicated on 10th April by the Rev. Canon Dr Richard Martin, Warnborough Chaplain and Anglican Rector of the Parish of Brisbane, Australia. Guests from over a dozen countries attended the function.

Warnborough President, Dr Brenden Tempest-Mogg said, "As well as having a prominent site, Warnborough now has the administration capacity to cope with an increasing enrolment”.

In 2001, Warnborough relocated from London to Canterbury. Since then it has added another academic dimension to the University City by offering e-learning options for over 450 short courses under its Academy for Distance Learning (ADL), and for the onsite teaching it provides for ABE qualifications as a pathway for entry to various universities around the world.

The college intends to offer ‘empowerment workshops’ for the local community in areas such as Life-Skills, Self-Esteem, Employability, Managerial Performance, and Leadership. Dr. Julian Ng, the Vice-President said, “We welcome workshop facilitators and trainers who can contribute to what we provide in Canterbury”.
