Feedback & Suggestions

The IARC Executive Committee would like to hear about your experiences with us or with member organisations, and your ideas about how we can improve our service to students and educators.

All reasonable suggestions will be put to the Committee for discussion at the next meeting.

If you have a complaint or other comment about a member organisation –

1st: Write to the member organization, and keep a dated copy of your correspondence.

2nd: If after 1 month you have been unable to contact that organisation, or if you feel that your concern has been ignored; you should contact IARC clearly stating how you believe that organization is in breach of IARC recognition standards or services which they have agreed to supply you with.

This matter will then be referred to the IARC committee and given serious consideration. The member organization will be asked to resolve the issue or explain their actions within a month.

If the matter is not resolved in a prompt fashion to the satisfaction of the IARC committee; the recognition of the organization concerned will be suspended, and the organisation’s listing on the IARC list of Recognised organizations will be removed until the organization can resolve outstanding issues with the committee.

See our Complaints Procedure on webpage: http://www.iarcedu.com/standards.aspx

Tell us exactly where you feel we have not lived up to our mission, and what outcome you would like. All reasonable complaints will be fully addressed.

Any submissions should be submitted as an electronic copy to admin@iarcedu.com

If you do not receive acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days, you should assume the email has been filtered or lost and send again, this time sending either a fax or snail mail copy as well.
